So how does it work?

First let's have a discussion to see if you are the right fit for what we do. We're pretty picky with who we work with (same as you) and we want to make sure it will work well together. Plus, it is a chance for you to road-test us and get some value straight up.

Do you do everything digitally?

While you can access all the training digitally, we often do run in person events you always get a free ticket to. We also have community events throughout the year like our Long Weekend retreat member's only getaway and Long Lunch.

What if I am making less than $1M revenue?

It depends really on what your key challenge is. We find that in some industries, particularly trade-based service business, the issue of being too busy and needing to remove out of the details can stat much sooner, even from $500k revenue. If you're close to $1M revenue, it probably is right for you, but let's chat and see.

What if I am making over $10M revenue?

That's common in some industries, especially e-commerce, where the challenges with being stuck in the details and being the driver of everything, don't start until later in your journey. We have worked with private businesses doing up to $200M revenue (and public companies much higher than that), so the framework is still highly effective. Let's chat.

What if I am not sure if I am ready yet?

Hey, I'm Keely

Keely White fuels entrepreneurial achievements. She has been instrumental in helping Australian business owners to bring quality structure to their businesses. Keely is the Founder and CEO of Liinchpin, which specialises in systemising businesses and shaping high performance and harmonious teams.

Prior to Liinchpin, Keely also worked with multiple 7 & 8 figure companies - in construction, training, property and ecommerce - and has received business awards and high recognition in sales, structure and leadership.

Keely has been the host of The Entrepreneur's Unconvention (voted top 3 event for business owners worldwide), which has had speakers such as Australian entrepreneurs Mark Bouris, Michelle Bridges, Naomi Simpson, Glen Richards, Janine Ellis, Kikki K and more.

Keely is also a high-profile investor, having invested into companies spanning technology, finance, ecommerce, real estate, and agriculture.

Keely has personally trained, mentored and led thousands of entrepreneurs through 1:1 coaching or presenting more than 6,300 hours of workshops and keynotes. She has also worked with AFR Top 100 and multinational companies such as realestate.com.au, Woolworths, and has rubbed shoulders with some of the world's leading entrepreneurs.

Keely most recently worked with the founders of Australian retail giant, Culture Kings, who debuted on the NY stock exchange after a landmark $600M deal, making it the biggest ever private sale in Australia’s retail and apparel sector.
